We know life happens, and sometimes plans change. To keep things fair for both you and the group, here’s how we handle cancellations:

- Your deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable.

- If you need to cancel more than 8 weeks out, we’ll refund any payments you’ve made beyond the deposit.

- If you cancel between 4–8 weeks before the trip, your payment becomes a credit you can roll into next year’s retreat.

- If it’s less than 4 weeks out, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit since it’s almost impossible to fill your spot on short notice.

You’re also welcome to gift or transfer your spot to another man you know (just check in with us first so we can get him set up).

And if for some reason we have to cancel the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid.
